I built AWS Marketplace's renewals operation from scratch. No playbook, no dashboards, no standardized process when I started. That is the work I do.

Analytics Consulting

Advised Fortune 100 clients including PepsiCo on pricing strategy and portfolio optimization using IRI Unify and 84.51 Stratum. Translated complex analytics into executive commercial decisions for some of the largest consumer goods companies in the world.

2018–2022·AWS

Program Manager II, Renewals Operations

Owned the renewals operation for AWS Marketplace's private offer business from program build-out through institutional scale. Built the lifecycle framework, forecasting infrastructure, and first centralized KPI dashboards with no prior playbook. Grew renewed TCV from $255M to $915M in one year, improved renewal rate from 41.8% to 64%, and drove 40%+ of renewals to include expansion TCV.

Program Manager II, SME Operations

Built the first SME segment capacity planning model at AWS Marketplace. Developed demand forecasting methodology from scratch, produced VP-level quarterly business reviews, and designed a voice-of-customer framework that directly shaped product roadmap decisions.

Developed ClearPath, an AI-powered job search agent built on the Claude API that monitors email alerts, evaluates roles against custom criteria, and delivers daily digests. Built Sixth Man Labs, a data and analytics brand. Publishing AI productivity content for a RevOps and operations audience.

AWS Renewals Operation

Before
No centralized infrastructure to manage a growing volume of expiring private offers on AWS Marketplace. No dashboards, no forecasting cadence, no standardized lifecycle. In 2020, the program was renewing 903 agreements at a 41.8% renewal rate and approximately $255M in TCV.
What I built
Designed the full renewals lifecycle and tracking methodology from scratch. Built the first centralized KPI dashboards. Established forecasting cadence and churn risk identification. Coordinated operations across NAMER, EMEA, and APJ. Launched the Future Dated Agreements beta as a product enhancement to the renewal experience.
After
Renewed TCV grew from $255M to $915M in one year, a 259% increase. Renewal rate improved from 41.8% to 64%. Renewed agreement count grew nearly 4x, from 903 to 3,506. Over 40% of renewals included expansion TCV, generating $57M+ in uplift. By Q1 2022 the program was running at 79% renewal rate with $716M renewed in the first 60 days of the year.

SME Capacity Planning Model

Before
No data-driven foundation for service-level staffing decisions in the SME segment. Resource allocation was largely reactive with no forecasting baseline.
What I built
Developed the first demand forecasting model for the SME segment. Established baseline thresholds, built the VP-level quarterly business review structure, and created a voice-of-customer framework to surface field insights directly into product planning.
After
Leadership could make proactive staffing decisions grounded in data for the first time. Capacity planning existed for the segment where none had before.

Future Dated Agreements GTM Launch

Before
A new transaction model for the private offer business with no operational infrastructure to support it.
What I built
Coordinated cross-functional launch across Product, Finance, and Partner teams. Designed governance, managed onboarding, built reporting, and ensured seller and buyer education was in place before go-live.
After
Zero business disruption. New revenue model successfully operationalized and handed off as a running program.

ClearPath — AI Job Search Agent

Before
Hours spent scrolling job boards clicking on roles that looked right but weren't. Manual, inefficient, and hard to scale.
What I built
Built using the Claude API. Monitors email alerts, evaluates roles against custom criteria including title, type of work, experience match, and career direction, then delivers a daily digest of only the roles worth reviewing.
After
Manual job board time cut by over 80%. Systematic, criteria-driven approach to role discovery that runs in the background.

AI Productivity Systems

Before
Standard job search and professional content workflows with no AI integration.
What I built
Resume rebuilt using AI-assisted positioning. Cover letters generated and refined against specific job descriptions. LinkedIn content calendar built and executing. AI-powered research workflows for role evaluation and hiring manager outreach.
After
Meaningfully faster output at higher precision. Prompt engineering applied as process design, the same instinct I use to build operational frameworks.

Mu Sigma — PepsiCo Pricing & Portfolio Strategy

Complex commercial data across a large CPG portfolio that needed to translate into executive decisions.
