- No centralized infrastructure to manage a growing volume of expiring private offers on AWS Marketplace. No dashboards, no forecasting cadence, no standardized lifecycle. In 2020, the program was renewing 903 agreements at a 41.8% renewal rate and approximately $255M in TCV.
- What I built
- Designed the full renewals lifecycle and tracking methodology from scratch. Built the first centralized KPI dashboards. Established forecasting cadence and churn risk identification. Coordinated operations across NAMER, EMEA, and APJ. Launched the Future Dated Agreements beta as a product enhancement to the renewal experience.
- After
- Renewed TCV grew from $255M to $915M in one year, a 259% increase. Renewal rate improved from 41.8% to 64%. Renewed agreement count grew nearly 4x, from 903 to 3,506. Over 40% of renewals included expansion TCV, generating $57M+ in uplift. By Q1 2022 the program was running at 79% renewal rate with $716M renewed in the first 60 days of the year.
